Delivery

Hello and welcome to shipping and delivery page! Here you can read some details about a nifty little lifecycle of your order's journey, and choose which option is most convenient for you. At first you choose the product you like. Then you put into your shopping cart and pass the checkout process in a few clicks. The delivery will take from one up to three working days (depending on the national holidays) if you are in Bulgaria. Orders made on Friday in the afternoon, on weekends and official holidays will be processed on the first working day. When we see your order, we will contact you on the phone for confirmation and to clarify all the details. In case there is a mismatch and the product you ordered is not in stock we will offer you an alternative and consult you. This is why correctly input information is crucial. 

  • Pick-up from a Post parcel point in your city

    A parcel point is an easy and convenient way to receive items in your city. Shop in our online store, then selects the parcel point as the delivery type and choose the preferred pick-up Econt office. After the parcel has arrived, you will receive an SMS notification. In the office you can open your parcel, but if you would like to test them, please notify us beforehand in the comment section of the order. A cart of non-discounted items above 59.00 BGN will be shipped with free delivery to an Econt office of your choice, otherwise the cost of the delivery is 5.00 BGN.

  • Shipment to the door

    What happens when you choose shipment to the door option? This is the most convenient option if you are working through the day and want to save time. We can deliver your parcel everywhere on the territory of Bulgaria, as the delivery will cost 8.00 BGN, unless the total of the cart is above 159.00 BGN (for non-discounted items), in which case the shipment of the delivery is free of charge. If you want the parcel to arrive in a specific hour or time- span and/or want to test it, please notify us beforehand in the comment section of the order.

  • International delivery

    For international delivery, please contact us on 02/ 441 0575 or our Facebook page. We will discuss on the most convenient option for your delivery.

Prices and payment

You can pay for your order upon delivery with cash or a bank card to the courier (Econt or other company upon your request). In the case of wrong price or another mistake, TrueRiders online store will inform you in 24 hours from the delivery request. If you find such, please contact us on info@trueriders.bg.
