The frame is built from hydroformed 6061 aluminium, offering outstanding torsional stiffness and durability. Its reinforced lower section provides precise steering and efficient power transfer, while the upper tubes are engineered to increase comfort and compliance over rough terrain.

The rear triangle has been specifically developed to integrate the EVO Brake Mount system, reducing braking vibrations and improving braking performance. The head tube, bottom bracket area, and rear dropouts are all manufactured using the same advanced moulding process for exceptional strength, precision, and long-term reliability.
