Insofar as the goods offered by the Seller are diverse and constantly added to and modified with a view to improving them and expanding the product catalog, and in connection with legislative changes affecting the conditions under which they are offered, these General Terms and Conditions may be changed unilaterally by the Seller by publishing them on the website.
Changes to the General Terms and Conditions do not affect the relations between the Customer and the Seller arising from a purchase order validly placed before the notification.

3. Publishing information about the goods on this website: The Seller publishes on the website a description of the main characteristics and an image of each item, the sale price, as well as the delivery price, which is not included in the price of the goods and relates to their delivery, information on the methods of payment, delivery and performance of the contract, on the right of the Customer who is a consumer within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act and on the conditions and manner of exercising it, as well as the period for which the offer and price remain valid. The images are for information only and may not be an actual photo of the specific product. The images may show the goods assembled or ready for use, but this does not mean, unless expressly stated, that they are received in the form shown. Most goods are received in packaging. The Seller is not responsible for inaccuracies in the information on the characteristics of the goods provided by the manufacturer. An accidental technical error may occur when publishing information and prices. In that case the Seller may refuse delivery and undertakes to refund the amount paid by the buyer, if any, and if the Buyer requests it.
The Buyer agrees that they may receive the operating instructions for an item in electronic form. The instructions will be on the product page. The Customer must download them from there and keep them for future reference.

4. Purchase order: The Customer places a purchase order by performing the following steps in sequence: Determining the type and quantity of the goods and placing the order on the stated order phone number or through the online order form. Providing the delivery information (exact address in Bulgaria, valid Bulgarian phone number, contact person/choosing a method of paying the sale price of the goods /by bank transfer, on site at the stated addresses or cash on delivery to the courier/. If an incomplete, untrue or wrong address and/or phone number is given when placing the order, the order is deemed invalid and the Seller has no obligation to fulfill it. The order takes effect between the parties after the availability of the ordered goods has been checked and after its validity has been confirmed on the contact phone number provided by the Customer or by sending a message to the Customer's email inbox for correspondence. Due to the large quantity of goods, some goods may be unavailable or sold out. In such a case, if an advance payment has been received, the Seller refunds the amount received. The order is accepted at the stated email address, phone or online order form /The Seller does not guarantee that it will not miss your order in the email inbox or record wrong order information/. A request for an invoice must be made in advance. The prices of individual goods shown on this website are for a single unit and do not include delivery and installation costs; these costs are stated separately.

In order to inform the customer of their rights as a consumer who wishes to buy an item at a distance, without physically seeing it, to receive it within a certain period, to cancel it as an order or to return it to the Seller in the manner and order set out in the General Terms and Conditions in accordance with the regulations, Trueriders.bg, as a good and fair trader, strictly complies with and relies on the Consumer Protection Act.

5. Delivery : Goods in stock are delivered to the address given by the Customer /to the outer front door/ or to a courier office. For goods not in stock, an inquiry must first be made to the Seller. The delivery period is reasonable in the circumstances. The goods are delivered suitably packed according to their type and the means of transport. The fact that an item appears on the site does not necessarily mean that it is in stock. When buying by bank transfer, it is advisable to ask in advance whether the item is in stock. See more

6. Handover of the goods: The goods are handed over to the Customer or to a third party who accepts and confirms receipt of the goods on behalf of the Customer. Where delivery by the Seller has been agreed, the Seller undertakes to deliver the goods to the outer entrance of the Buyer's premises, if it has access to it. On handover of the goods, the Customer or the third party signs the accompanying documents and, before accepting the goods, reads the warranty conditions on the warranty card. If the Customer cannot be found at the address given within the delivery period, or if access and conditions for handing over the goods are not provided within that period, the Seller is released from its obligation to deliver the ordered goods. The Customer may confirm their wish to receive the goods even after the delivery period in which they could not be found at the address has expired, in which case the Customer bears all delivery costs. In this case, a new delivery period starts from the moment of the confirmation under the preceding sentence.

7. Payment for the goods is made: by bank transfer , on site at the shop or cash on delivery to the courier. See more

8. Withdrawal from a concluded contract and refund of the price paid.

The withdrawal period is 14 days for natural persons, starting from the date of receipt of the goods. Until the goods are handed back by the consumer to the Seller, the risk of accidental loss or damage is borne entirely by the buyer. If a buyer exercises their right under the ZZP, provided they have met the stated conditions, the Seller undertakes to refund the price paid by bank transfer within 14 days of the return of the goods. The amount paid by the Customer for the goods is refunded after the goods have been inspected and accepted by the Seller.

When a customer returns the goods to the seller and they do not meet the requirements for returning goods, namely – they are not in the condition in which they were sent to the customer, they have already been installed or used, the manufacturer's original packaging of the goods has been damaged, or packages or parts of the complete goods are missing, the Seller has the right:
- not to satisfy the claim and not to accept the goods back.

- not to refund the full amount, so that with the amount withheld it can restore the appliance to brand-new commercial condition.
The Seller is not responsible for storing the goods if the customer decides not to take them back within the stated period.

Where the customer exercises the right to cancel an order for which an advance payment has been made, by which the order to the manufacturer or importer has been placed, the customer has the right to request a refund of the advance payment made.
