The TOBE Apex Neckwarmer is a lightweight multifunctional tubular neck warmer designed to provide comfort and protection in a wide range of outdoor activities. Made from soft, stretch fabric, it shields your neck and face from wind, cold and dust while remaining breathable and comfortable under a helmet.
