Foot length (mondo): stand on a sheet of paper, mark your heel and your longest toe, and measure the distance. Mondo is this length, in mm or cm depending on the column.

The Off Piste Leather is one of the models Level is known for: a tough, warm leather glove that people who work in the mountains wear too.

It is made from waterproof goat leather with a Swiss wool lining. The seams are on the outside so they do not press on your fingers, and the fingers are pre-shaped, so the palm does not bunch and the glove fits naturally. Warmth index 4000: very warm, up to -22 °C according to Level.

This is the trigger version: the thumb and index finger are separate, and the other three fingers are together. It is almost as warm as a mitt, and the index finger stays free for a zipper or buckle.

The trigger version also has a loop for hanging it on your pack and a wrist strap.

Size. Level glove sizes are the palm circumference in inches. Measure around your palm at the knuckles, thumb excluded, with a tailor's tape: 18 cm is 7 (S), 19 cm is 7.5 (S-M), 20 cm is 8 (M), 21.5 cm is 8.5 (M-L), 23 cm is 9 (L), 24 cm is 9.5 (XL), 25.5 cm is 10 (XXL).
