Foot length (mondo): stand on a sheet of paper, mark your heel and your longest toe, and measure the distance. Mondo is this length, in mm or cm depending on the column.

The O'Neill Dive 3mm Vest W/Hood is a sleeveless wetsuit vest with an attached hood. The neoprene is 3 mm thick, and the color is black.

You pull it on over your head and wear it under a wetsuit. It keeps the body and head warm when the water is cold. It also works on its own, over swimwear or a UV shirt.

The hood is joined to the vest, so water does not get in between them.

Choose the size by height, weight, chest circumference and waist. The O'Neill chart is in the "Size guide" on the page. If your measurements fall between two sizes, take the larger one.
