The O'Neill Epic 3/2 Back Zip Full Black/Gunmetal is a 3/2 mm wetsuit with a back zip, long sleeves and long legs. 3/2 means thicker neoprene on the body and thinner on the arms and legs.

The neoprene is UltraFlex – very stretchy and durable, with a tough outer surface that does not snag and is not damaged by Velcro. The Firewall inner layer is thermal – it holds heat and wicks moisture. The Smoothskin outer surface is smooth, blocks wind and keeps the heat in. The neoprene is limestone-based.

The seams are glued and blindstitched (GBS): the edges of the neoprene are glued first, then the stitch goes only partly through it. That way the seam does not let water in and stays flexible. Sidewinder S-Curve seams give extra freedom of movement. Seamless Paddle Zones: minimal seams on the shoulders for less chafing and more freedom when paddling. Lumbar Seamless Design (LSD): a seamless zone at the lower back for freer movement.

Krypto knee pads protect the knees and last a long time.

Size is chosen by height, weight, chest and waist. The letter after the size is for height: S – short, T – tall. The O'Neill chart is in the "Size guide" on the page. If your measurements fall between two sizes, take the larger one.
