Introducing the 2024 Gnu Gloss 136 Snowboard, beloved by female riders in the park and beyond. Its blunted twin shape, mid flex, and versatile C2e all-terrain contour make it a top performer in any conditions. Whether you're carving early morning groomers or conquering park features in slushy afternoons with friends, the Gloss is your versatile go-to board. Ride with confidence in all terrains.
The GNU Gloss is the women's Money - the shortest and most accurate way to describe this board.
It carries the same C2 freestyle philosophy, but is tuned for lighter riders and women's sizes. This is not a "weaker" board, but a properly sized and softened construction that lets a lighter woman actually use the rocker, the camber zones and the pop.
The true twin shape, centered stance (no setback), Magne-Traction and G Lite 1 construction make it great both for starting out and for the park, riding switch, butters and freestyle across the whole mountain.
Technical highlights: women's true twin; C2 hybrid profile; centered stance (no setback); Magne-Traction; G Lite 1; poplar / Paulownia; Co-Ex base; flex around 4-5.
We carry the 2023/24 generation with C2e - the softer variant of the C2 hybrid for easy riding, with elliptical camber zones that forgive even more.

Size is not chosen by length alone. Weight, surface area, waist width, profile and the length of the effective edge together determine how a board rides. The table shows the lower weight limit that Mervin gives for each size. A shorter board turns faster and is more playful, a longer one gives more stability and float. The waist should match your boot: at around 24-25 cm, boots are usually up to size 42-43, at 25-26 cm up to size 44-45, and the W versions are for a bigger foot, so that toes and heel do not drag when carving.
Not sure which size? Write to us or stop by our shop at Golo Bardo - we have been riding this gear since 1997.
