A directional C3 board for fast carving, off-piste riding and serious riding all over the mountain. A camber machine with Magne-Traction for people who love speed.
The Lib Tech Dynamo is a model that has evolved over the years but has always kept one idea - a directional, camber-oriented board for people who love speed, carving and serious all-mountain riding.
Earlier versions had a more surfy, slightly pointed feel in the nose, while the newer shape is more modern, with a slightly cut-off, modern-retro nose.
The C3 profile is a strong nod to the return of camber. The longer nose gives stability and helps off the groomers, while Magne-Traction and the camber zones give a very clean feel on hardpack.
The Dynamo is great for fast carving on the groomers, for speed and for serious off-piste riding, without being narrowly specialized in just one thing.
Technical highlights: directional C3; light tapered shape; about 1" setback; Magne-Traction; TNT base; wood core of Aspen and Paulownia; all-mountain / freeride / carving.

Size is not chosen by length alone. Weight, surface area, waist width, profile and the effective edge (the part of the edge that cuts into the snow) together decide how a board rides. The table shows the minimum rider weight Mervin gives for each size. A shorter board turns faster and is more playful; a longer one brings more stability and float. The waist should fit the boot: at about 24-25 cm, boots are usually up to size 42-43 (EU), at 25-26 cm up to 44-45, and the W versions are for bigger feet, so toes and heel don't drag in the snow when carving.
